At Reeder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Reeder account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
